Financial Policy and Payment Options:

Payment for services rendered is due in full at the time of service.  Our office accepts cash, personal checks (with valid driver’s license), and credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and Care Credit).

As a Care Credit Merchant, we can arrange financing, with approved credit, for your Dental Treatment. The process is simple and usually takes about 5 minutes and you can use your card the same day.

Insurance Policy:

We accept most insurance plans.

We will verify your insurance benefits and make every effort to closely estimate your
co-payments and deductibles which are due at the time of service. You will be responsible for any unpaid balance that your insurance does not pay.

Appointments:

We work by appointment only. We request 24 hours notice on cancelling appointments.  We consider your time as valuable as ours, so we ask that you be on time for your appointment.  This allows us to complete your treatment during your appointed time and thereby allowing patients who are scheduled after you to be treated on time. People like to be treated at their appointed time and we make every effort to stay on schedule.

At your first visit, please arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointed time so that we may enter your patient information and verify any insurance policies that you may have.

Un-attended Children:

For safety reasons, we do not permit unattended children to remain in the reception room or accompany the parent in the operatory while the parent is being treated.  Our staff is busy providing quality and compassionate care for you and therefore cannot watch your children.  Please make arrangements for someone to care for your child during your treatment.
